How to place an order on your website?

That’s easy!

2. Click ‘buy now’ and you will be taken to the shopping cart.

3. Enter the billing and shipping information.

How long will it take to receive my products?

We ship your orders through reputable courier services. The tentative date of delivery of your order will

be specified while you check out the shopping cart. In any case, your products will be dispatched within

10 working days.

What if my product is defective?

Wulfpro strives to deliver the products your order in the best condition. However, if you find any

manufacturing defects in your products, we will refund/ replace the item. The defective item should be

returned to Wulfpro with invoice and tags intact.

What is your return policy?

You can return your product by notifying us within 10 days of delivery. The product should be unused in

the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, with its invoice and tags intact. You can

send your product through courier and we shall process the refund as soon as we receive the product,

provided it is in its original condition. Refer to refund page for more details.

Are my personal details on the website secure?

Why has my payment been declined?

We are sorry that your payment has been declined. Your payment may have been declined because of

one of the following reasons.

Your payment card:

We accept major credit and debit cards. However, we do not accept other cards and in such a case we

request you to use a credit/debit card that is compatible with our payment gateway. It is also advisable

to contact your bank directly, if your bank has declined your payment request.

Technical snags:

If we are unable to verify your account, we may ask you to re-enter your credit/debit card details or

additional security questions before we process your order.
